Meet our starring lineup of artisan cheeses from Birchrun Hills Farm and Valley Milkhouse, always made with grassfed Pennsylvania milk. In addition to these cheeses, we'll also include occasional special collaborative and experimental batches and guest cheeses from our maker friends around the region in your share.
